2gbet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan

Welcome to 2gbet (referred to throughout this document as "2gbet", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any form of bet or wager on the 2gbet platform at https://2gbet.biz, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 2gbet and confirming that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms set out on this page, along with any additional rules that apply to specific products or promotions.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 2gbet and every registered player. They cover your account, deposits, withdrawals, betting rules, bonus conditions, acceptable use of the platform and what happens if those rules are not followed. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 2gbet platform.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are intended for users based in Pakistan. All amounts referred to in these terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Where there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version takes precedence.

To register and use a 2gbet account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must be accessing 2gbet from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not legally prohibited for you personally.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 2gbet account. Each person is entitled to one account only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed through 2gbet or through any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and email address.

2gbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 2gbet login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 2gbet support immediately at support@2gbet.biz.

2gbet supports the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for large deposits.

All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your 2gbet wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. 2gbet does not charge a processing fee on deposits; any applicable fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to successful account verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within minutes during normal business hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one working day. 2gbet does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals.

• Withdrawals are only permitted after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• 2gbet may request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing check before withdrawal to guard against payment method abuse.
• Any winnings generated from free bets or bonus funds that exceed the bonus terms cap will be removed from the withdrawal amount.

2gbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, accumulator boosts, cashback offers and referral incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one person per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once, through multiple accounts or through any other means, constitutes abuse and will result in all associated accounts being reviewed.
• The standard wagering requirement for 2gbet bonuses is 5x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the promotion terms. This means the bonus value must be wagered five times in qualifying bets before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Free bet tokens carry no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings from free bets above the token value may be withdrawn, subject to any stated cap.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit depending on the promotion.
• 2gbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and partially completed the requirements, 2gbet will honour a reasonable pro-rated consideration at our discretion.
• Certain bet types — including but not limited to cashed-out bets, voided bets and bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 — may not count towards wagering requirements. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for details.

The following rules apply to all pre-match sports bets placed on the 2gbet platform, covering cricket, football and all other sports offered:

• All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your 2gbet wallet at the time of placement. 2gbet does not extend credit.
• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 2gbet system and a confirmation reference number is issued. A bet that has not received confirmation is not considered placed.
• 2gbet reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at our discretion, including where we suspect an error in odds, system malfunction or any form of irregularity.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the stated timeframe (typically 24 hours for football and 72 hours for Test cricket), all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a favourite priced at 10.00 when the market consensus is around 1.50 — 2gbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Cricket bets: If a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets on total match runs, individual innings scores and similar markets will be settled based on the revised match format unless specific terms state otherwise for that market.
• Football bets: All match result markets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes plus added time. Extra time and penalties are not included unless the market is specifically labelled as including them.

In-play (live) betting at 2gbet allows you to place bets on events that are already in progress. The following additional rules apply to all in-play bets:

• In-play odds are updated continuously and may be suspended at any time at 2gbet's discretion — for example, when a wicket falls, a goal is scored, a penalty is awarded or during a review decision. Bets cannot be placed during a suspension period.
• There is an inherent delay between what occurs in an event and what is displayed on any live score feed or broadcast. 2gbet is not responsible for bets placed based on information that reflects a delay relative to the actual event state.
• Where a bet is accepted in error after the relevant event has already concluded — for example, a wicket bet accepted after the ball has already been bowled — 2gbet reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
• Cash Out: Where available, the Cash Out feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes for a value calculated by 2gbet at the moment of the cash-out request. Once Cash Out is confirmed, the decision is final regardless of the subsequent outcome of the event.

2gbet offers a range of non-sports gaming products including Aviator, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Rummy, Baccarat and other card games. The following terms apply to all such products:

• All card game and Aviator outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. 2gbet does not manipulate outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are published in each game's help or information section.
• Aviator is a crash-style game. The multiplier value at which you cash out determines your return. Failure to cash out before the game ends results in the loss of your stake. 2gbet is not responsible for connection issues that prevent a player from cashing out in time.
• Bonus funds may not be eligible for use across all card game or Aviator variants. Refer to each promotion's terms for product eligibility.
• A minimum bet and maximum bet applies to each game and is displayed within the game interface before stakes are confirmed.
• All game results are logged and available in your account transaction history. If you believe a game result is in error, contact support@2gbet.biz within 72 hours of the disputed session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2gbet platform. Any account found to have engaged in these activities will be suspended pending investigation, and 2gbet reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any review:

• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets to exploit price differences between 2gbet and other operators in a way that guarantees a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false information or coordinating with other users to claim bonuses in ways that go beyond the intended scope of a promotion.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated event outcome is illegal and will result in account closure and a report to the relevant authorities.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using any software, script or automated tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics or interact with the 2gbet platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit after using those funds to place bets. 2gbet will pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harassment: Any abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at 2gbet staff or other users through any channel.

2gbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity connected to the account.
• At the account holder's own request — for example, following a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory requirement.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 2gbet will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within 14 working days. During this period, account access and withdrawals may be restricted. If the investigation finds no breach of these terms, any withheld funds will be released in full.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Any legitimate deposited funds that have not been wagered under a bonus may be returned to the original payment method after the investigation is concluded, at 2gbet's discretion.

By registering a 2gbet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary, 2gbet collects the personal information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Your data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 2gbet may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@2gbet.biz.

2gbet uses cookies on the platform for functional and analytical purposes. By continuing to use the platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

2gbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting should always remain an enjoyable entertainment activity. The following tools are available to all 2gbet account holders through the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once reached, the account will not accept further bets until the period resets.
• Session reminders: Set a time limit after which 2gbet will display a reminder that you have been active for the specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from betting for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your 2gbet account and block re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

2gbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the 2gbet platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — including corrections to grammar, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any rule, and updates to product names or payment method lists — may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you may close your 2gbet account and withdraw any available balance before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
